This is a facilitated conversation space for mums with babies under one.
It’s a place to pause, connect, and make sense of the emotional side of early motherhood
The session is gently guided by Lara Waycot, a qualified counsellor and weaves together
A supportive space to connect with other mums
Gain practical understanding on emotional shifts of motherhood
For this session, our focus will be on anxiety! A recent survey found 1 in 5 women experience significant anxiety during pregnancy or first year postpartum. Whether it’s racing or intrusive thoughts, constant worry about the baby, or a general feeling of dread; anxiety can feel like an invisible burden to carry. But it doesn’t need to be. In this session, we will explore what contributes to this experience and what you can do to help.
All attendees will also receive a thoughtful gift bag, including a booklet full of all the key takeaways from the session. Other goodies TBC but previous sessions have included wall art from doodle and dream, probiotics from biogaia, cookies from Milk It Bakehouse and chocolate favours from Thicc Treats!
It’s worth noting, this space is best suited to mums who are feeling generally okay but would value connection, understanding, and perspective.
