Pregnancy support package

A steadier, more supported way into motherhood

What We Offer

There’s a particular kind of transition that happens during pregnancy and early motherhood that often gets missed.

On the outside, life looks full. Busy. Joyful.
On the inside, it can feel like everything is quietly shifting. Your body, your identity, your relationships, your sense of control.

This package is designed to meet you in that space.

Not with generic advice or surface-level reassurance, but with thoughtful, one-to-one support that actually helps you make sense of what’s changing, and feel more like yourself within it.

What this includes

Four 50-minute sessions to use at any point during pregnancy or within your baby’s first year.

You can choose to work with a therapist, a career coach, or a blend of both depending on what you need most right now.

Some clients come weekly for a more contained piece of work. Others space sessions out across months, dipping in at key moments. We can shape it around you.

What we might work on

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme. It’s responsive, and it’s led by what’s actually going on in your life.

That said, many women come to this space navigating things like:

Anxiety

Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.

Career

Returning to work, stepping back from a career, or rethinking it entirely

Identity

Loss of identity or a sense of not quite recognising yourself anymore

Mothering

Mum guilt, resentment, or emotions that feel hard to admit out loud

Relationship

Relationship shifts; with partners, family, or friends

Overwhelm

Feeling touched out, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge

Sometimes we’ll talk. Sometimes we’ll slow things down and notice what’s happening in your body. Sometimes we’ll look at patterns that have been there long before motherhood and are now being brought into sharper focus.

There’s space for all of it.

Birth

Fear around birth, or processing a previous birth experience

Coping

A sense that you “should be coping better” but aren’t sure how

Why this matters

Pregnancy and early motherhood aren’t just practical transitions. They’re psychological ones.

And when that part is unsupported, it can quietly shape how you experience everything else.

Having a consistent space where you can think, feel, question, and recalibrate can make a significant difference. Not because it removes the challenges, but because you’re not carrying them in the same way.

The investment

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be used flexibly across pregnancy and your baby’s first year.

Investment: £400

Is this for you?

This tends to work well for women who want something a bit more considered.

You might be someone who reflects deeply, who notices patterns, who wants to understand yourself rather than just get through things.

Or you might simply know that you don’t want to wait until you’re struggling to ask for support.

Next step

If you’re thinking about it, that’s usually enough of a sign to explore it.

Get in touch to ask any questions and we can also help you decide whether a therapist, a career coach, or a combination of both would suit you best.

No pressure. Just a starting point.
