The session is gently guided by Lara Waycot, a qualified counsellor and weaves together
A supportive space to connect with other mums

For this session, our focus will be on matresence - the transition into motherhood.
It’s worth noting, this space is best suited to mums who are feeling generally okay but would value connection, understanding, and perspective.
