It’s a place to pause, connect, and make sense of the emotional side of early motherhood
The session is gently guided by Lara Waycot, a qualified counsellor and weaves together
A supportive space to connect with other mums
Practical understanding on emotional shifts of motherhood
For our taster session, our focus will be on identity in early motherhood. We’ll explore some of the changes you may have experienced, understand why this happens and also try out some tools to help you through those toughter moments in motherhood!
It’s worth noting, this space is best suited to mums who are feeling generally okay but would value connection, understanding, and perspective.
If you’re currently in crisis or needing more individual support, this may not be the right container — and we can talk about other options.
